Understand What This Page Explains

This page describes how www.burgessautistictrust.org.uk handles visit data on its own pages. It does not describe any other website, including the destinations reached through outbound links. The site is built from static files delivered through a content delivery network, which processes the technical details of every request in its role as the hosting provider. A small amount of visit data is recorded, but only when a visitor arrives from a search engine. When that happens, the site notes the page path, the type of event, the name of the referring search engine, and the text of any outbound button that gets clicked. This is a first-party visit beacon: it fires on arrival from search results and, separately, when an outbound button is selected.
