Responsible Gaming
You are reading a static page. It has no account system behind it, so nothing here can turn a safety control on, check it, or enforce it for you. If you want to understand what this page can and cannot do, and where the real controls live, read on before you follow any link away from it.
What This Site Cannot Do
Deposit caps, loss caps, reality checks, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion are all things that live inside an operator's account system. This build has no account, no form and no server-side application of its own, so none of those controls exist here to switch on, check, or rely on.
- Nobody's age is verified on this site and no gambling takes place on it. Any age check happens at the destination once you follow an operator link.
- There is no advertising or behavioural profiling network in these pages, so nothing here is targeted at you based on past behaviour.
- Every operator listing ends with the same line: check availability and the current terms at the destination before claiming anything, because eligibility rules and terms apply there and can change without notice.
- The eighteen-and-over restriction is repeated throughout this site, including on the front page and at the end of every operator listing.
- Everything you can actually do with money happens after you leave this site. Each operator link redirects to a third party, and from that point on, the destination's own rules, checks and account controls apply — not anything published here.
If you already have an account with an operator and want to set a limit, take a break, or exclude yourself, that has to be arranged inside that account, at that operator's site, because this page has no mechanism to reach it.
Independent Help
Every page of this site, including this one, carries links to three independent gambling-help organisations: begambleaware.org, gamblingtherapy.org and gamcare.org.uk. Unlike the commercial links on this site, these three carry no sponsored marking, are set to nofollow, and open in a separate tab on the organisations' own websites. This site receives nothing when you follow them.

Practical Habits
A few habits make gambling easier to keep as entertainment rather than a problem, whichever site you eventually use.
- Decide the amount before you start. A figure fixed in advance, before excitement or frustration sets in, is far easier to stick to than one worked out in the moment.
- Treat that amount as already spent. Thinking of it as gone the moment you commit it removes the temptation to see a loss as money still waiting to be recovered.
- Never chase a loss. Increasing a stake to win back what has gone usually just increases what you can lose, faster.
- Keep gambling out of borrowed money. Money you owe elsewhere carries consequences that outlast any session.
- Take breaks. Stepping away regularly interrupts the momentum that makes it hard to notice how long you have been playing or how much you have spent.
- Involve someone else early. Talking to another person as soon as gambling stops feeling like entertainment makes it far easier to change course than waiting until it becomes a bigger problem.
