BAT welcome any type of help that people are willing to offer. There are plenty of ways you could help us:-
Help at the Resource Office
We are always looking for volunteers to help us at the office. So you can offer the following service:-
Plenty of help is needed in our busy, friendly office. If you enjoy answering the telephone, using a computer, general office duties we can certainly use your skills, so don't hesitate - come and join us.

Newsletters
We issue a Newsletter to all our members four times a year. We really need your skills, so please contact us to be part of our Editorial Team.
Drivers
We desperately need drivers. If you can help us out, please contact us.
Services
If you would like to assist one of our services: The Day Centre, 3 residential houses and one supported living house (all in London Borough of Bromley), assisting the group with arts and crafts, befriending or even dusting, hovering or pottering in the garden - we need your help as soon as possible.
New Peer Support Service
This new Service gives people the opportunity to help others vy volunteering their time to support an adult with ASD. Many people who access the Outreach Service need a small amount of support and reassurance with certain aspects of their life, this can include thigs such as; travel training, understanding/coping with their diagnosis, accessing the community and environment for the first time, or just confidence building. The Peer Support Service allows people who are able to do these tasks the opportunity to support those who need a bit of extra support and encouragement.
Some of the volunteers have anASD themselves and have experienced similar challenges at some point in their lives. By volunteering their time they are able to pass on the skills they have deloped and support others to do the same.
Help to raise funds
We are always looking for volunteers to help us with fundraising events. Volunteers also often have great ideas from their own commnities and work places. Why not become one of these dedicated and motivated individuals.
Organising or helping at events:
Volunteers are always needed to help at our organised events. If you would like to be involved with the events in any way, please contact us without delay.
Collection boxes:
BAT can never have enough collection boxes out in the community. Each one raises awareness about us and generates funds. If you can place and collect the boxes in your local area from news agents to restaurants, please let us know.
Encourage your school or company to support BAT:
Perhaps you would like to encourage your company or school to adopt us as your chosen charity and organise funding in aid of BAT. We can support you in this and enjoy working in partnership with people in our community. Please can we hear from you.
